Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 June 2026

Clyra Saarthii LLP ("Saarthii", "we", "us") is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you hold under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

01Who we are

Saarthii is operated by Clyra Saarthii LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India. For all data-protection matters we act as the Data Fiduciary and our Grievance Officer is named at the foot of this page.

02What we collect

We collect only what we need to build your roadmap and match you with a mentor:

  • Identity & contact: your name, phone number and email address.
  • Career inputs: your current situation, target role, timeline, skill level and weekly hours.
  • Documents you choose to upload: resume, portfolio links and notes.
  • Payment metadata: confirmation and reference IDs from our processor. We never see or store your full card or UPI credentials.
  • Usage data: device, log and interaction data needed to run and secure the service.

03Why we use it & our lawful basis

We process your data only for clear, lawful purposes you have consented to under the DPDP Act: to generate and revise your roadmap, to match and connect you with a mentor, to process payments, to send service updates and reminders, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

04Your consent, and withdrawing it

You give consent when you sign up and submit your details. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to our Grievance Officer; we will then stop processing your data for that purpose, though some records may be retained where the law requires.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Your matched mentor, strictly to guide you.
  • Razorpay, our RBI-regulated payment processor, to complete transactions.
  • Service providers (hosting, communications) bound by confidentiality, acting as Data Processors on our instructions.
  • Authorities, where disclosure is required by Indian law.

06How long we keep it

We retain your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. After that, we keep only what tax, accounting and other Indian statutes require, then delete or anonymise the rest.

07Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

As a Data Principal you have the right to:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we process about you.
  • Correct, complete or update inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of data no longer needed.
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
  • Grievance redressal through our Officer, and escalation to the Data Protection Board of India.

08How we protect it

We apply reasonable security practices in line with the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Sensitive Personal Data) Rules, 2011 — encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege handling. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify you and the Board of a breach as the law requires.

09Children

Saarthii is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly process the data of a child without the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian, as required by the DPDP Act.

10Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you on WhatsApp or email. Continuing to use Saarthii after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Grievance officer

As required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023, you may raise any concern about your data or our services with our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
