Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 1 June 2026We want your roadmap to genuinely fit your goal. This policy explains when you can cancel, when you can get your money back, and how quickly — in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and RBI payment-reversal norms.
01Our promise first
If your delivered roadmap does not align with the goal you shared, tell us and we will revise it. Most concerns are fully resolved with a revision rather than a refund — that is the fastest way to get value.
02Before your roadmap is delivered
If you cancel before we deliver your roadmap (typically within 24 hours of purchase), you are entitled to a full refund. Simply write to our Grievance Officer with your order reference.
03After your roadmap is delivered
Once your personalised roadmap has been delivered, we first offer a revision. If you are still not satisfied and raise it within 7 days of delivery, we will review your case and may issue a partial refund, accounting for work already done and any mentor time used.
04What isn't refundable
The following are not refundable once used or completed:
- Mentor sessions or mock interviews that have already taken place.
- Document reviews that have already been returned.
- Purchases where the goal-alignment promise was met and a revision was declined.
05How to request a refund
Email grievance@saarthii.in from your registered number/email with your order ID and the reason. We acknowledge within 48 hours.
06How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (UPI or card) via Razorpay. Under standard RBI and processor timelines, the amount typically reaches you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
07Taxes
Refunds include the GST component collected on your purchase. Any processor fee that is non-recoverable will be clearly communicated before the refund is finalised.
08Your consumer rights
This policy is in addition to — not instead of — your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission if a concern is not resolved by us.
As required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023, you may raise any concern about your data or our services with our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
