Terms of Service

Last updated 1 June 2026

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Clyra Saarthii LLP under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By creating an account or paying for a plan you accept them. Please read alongside our Privacy and Refund policies.

01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law. Saarthii is built for students and early-career professionals seeking their first or next role.

02What Saarthii provides

We provide a personalised, AI-generated career roadmap that is reviewed by a human mentor, plus mentor guidance as described in your chosen plan. Our service is structured guidance and support — it is not a guarantee of a job, interview, internship or any specific outcome.

03Plans, pricing & payments

Plans are one-time purchases in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable GST, collected through our payment processor Razorpay. Prices shown at checkout apply to your purchase. We may revise pricing for future purchases without affecting plans you have already bought.

04Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before you pay.

05Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use Saarthii lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse, resell or reverse-engineer the service or its content. Abuse of mentors or staff may lead to suspension without refund.

06Intellectual property

The roadmap, content and platform are owned by Clyra Saarthii LLP. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use your roadmap for your own career. You may not redistribute or commercialise it.

07Mentors

Mentors are independent practitioners who share guidance based on their own experience. Their views are their own and are not professional, legal or financial advice. We facilitate the match; we are not liable for the personal opinions a mentor shares.

08Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your plan. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which remain fully available to you.

09Suspension & termination

You may stop using Saarthii at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. Sections on payments, IP and liability survive termination.

10Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your consumer-law rights, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute. We will always try to resolve concerns directly with you first.

Grievance officer

As required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023, you may raise any concern about your data or our services with our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
